From your first consultation to enrollment at an Italian university

Admission to Italian universities and scholarship applications — with a curator who takes you from program selection to filed applications.

We reply within one business day

Why Italy

One country, understood all the way down.

Low fees at public universities

Italian public universities charge little for tuition — that is what makes the Italian route reachable without a student loan.

English-taught programs

Some programs are taught in English, so Italian is not necessarily a condition of entry. Language requirements depend on the program — we go through them before filing.

Income-based scholarships

Regional scholarship programmes (DSU) are awarded on the family’s financial standing. The decision is made by the competent regional authority; it depends on family income and the region’s budget.

You can stay five years, not two.

Studying in Italy is a legal basis for living in the country, and it does not end with the diploma.

  1. The degree. A master’s is designed for two years, but you may take longer — in practice that means three to four years of living in Italy.
  2. A year to work. After graduation you get a year to look for work — legally, with your status intact, and no longer as a student.
  3. Your own business. The next basis for residence can be a business of your own, opened in Italy.
  4. The fifth year. After five years of continuous residence you can apply for permanent status — permanent, not another renewable permit.

Where your own case leads — we go through it on the first call.

How it works

From shortlist to arrival — four steps.

  1. 01 Shortlist

We match Italian programs and universities to your profile, budget and goal.

  2. 02 Applications

Transcripts, diplomas, references and motivation letters — assembled the way admissions committees read them, and filed to every deadline.

  3. 03 The reply

Universities answer on their own timelines. We go through the replies with you and decide the next move together.

  4. 04 Visa & relocation

Once you are admitted, we go through the student visa and the residence permit with you: the process, the documents, the deadlines. You file; we explain how.

Services

Three packages — you choose by the scope of the work.

Both packages work the same way for a bachelor’s after school and for a master’s.

  • We match programs and universities to your profile and your goals
  • We draw up a step-by-step plan and keep every deadline from slipping
  • We prepare the application documents: CV, motivation and reference letters
  • We register you for the entrance examinations and file your university applications
  • We run translation, legalisation and pre-enrollment
  • A personal chat with your mentor, and calls the whole way through

Admission
Filing for scholarships is not part of this package; DSU scholarship support is available as a separate service (€450).
All packages · exam preparation
Preparation for the entrance examinations is not part of any package: you prepare for the entrance tests on your own or with a tutor. We handle the registration, explain the format and the structure of the examination and keep track of the deadlines. On request we will find you a proven teacher to prepare for the language examinations (paid separately).
All packages · where the engagement ends
The engagement ends once the documents for the student visa have been filed. Residence permit questions after arrival are handled in a separate consultation (€80).
DSU scholarship support · What we need from you
To provide, on time, the statements of family income for the relevant year, the documents on family composition, and access to the portal account. Where the documents are complete, accurate and handed over on time, we are answerable for preparing and filing the application correctly and within the deadline. The decision is made by the competent regional authority; it depends on family income and the region’s budget.

Consultations

When you need a review, not a full engagement.

The free call covers your situation in general terms and answers one question — whether we are a fit. A paid consultation is a review of your own case: specific programs, documents, deadlines and a plan.

Mini consultation

€60

One specific question worked through: whether you fit a program, whether a document is drawn up correctly, what to do at your current stage. You leave with a clear answer.

Request this

Full consultation

€120

A full review of your situation: profile, choice of field and universities, documents, deadlines, budget. You come away with a plan of action.

Request this

Student visa & residence consultation

€80

We go through your consulate’s requirements: proof of sufficient funds, insurance, proof of accommodation, the usual reasons for refusal. Separately — what to do in the first days after arrival to obtain the residence permit. You leave with a document checklist for your own case.

Request this

Consultations are paid in full before the session: send a request for the one you want — we confirm the slot and send the payment details.
